We are located next to the food marquee great position. Last year wasn’t very good at all, but the show is working on it, this is an email sent recently

Over the last few months we have been busy making plans for the 2026 Cotswold Show and looked at how we can make it better. We have taken on feedback from those of you that reached out and listened to the visitors feedback.

In 2026 we will be having Monster Trucks, Parachutes and Camel Racing in the Main Arena. There will be more activities for families and children to encourage them to stay longer at the show such as our (brand new for 2026), Cotswold Safari Hunt and the Av-a-go Circus skills workshops. There are other ideas that we are hoping to get going which will hopefully be launched ready for 2026.

With the traders, we are putting limits on certain categories of business so we aren’t overwhelmed with one type of product which allows a variety of products rather than first come first served which has been the process for the last few years. We will implement a waiting list for each category when the limit is reached or offer alternatives if there are other options to accommodate you.

Spaces are 8ft x 6ft as standard.

£260 extra space at 1ft increments £32

Electric is FREE (max 500 watts).

We give access space between exhibitors Free. This is space only, if you require tables they must be booked in advance, click here to book.

Every booking needs to needs to be accompanied with a booking form, use the payment method below, you can pay by Bac;s, cheque(preferred)
