Harrogate is one of the most visited destinations in Yorkshire, and this year from the 26th October to the 1st November we’ll be located in this spa town right across from the Royal Pump Room Museum, established in 1842. Hosted in the grounds of Crescent Gardens, a beautiful Georgian building in the heart of Harrogate, we’ll be perfectly positioned to make the most of the foot traffic in this busy part of the town.

We’ll be situated there for a full week, covering Halloween when the town comes alive. Harrogate is known both nationally and internationally for its long-standing heritage, and it is popular with visitors from all over the UK who want a taste of authentic Yorkshire. The area where our marquee will be is surrounded by lots of independent and big-brand stores, as well as coffee shops and restaurants, so we expect a high number of visitors as it’s just a stone’s throw from the town centre.

This area has some of the best architecture in the town including stately venues and historic tea rooms, so you can be sure that exactly the right type of visitor will be in attendance. As the town caters to those who love unique handmade gifts and one-of-a-kind experiences, your exclusive stall is bound to strike the right chord with them. Visitors often leave the town centre as part of their visit to Harrogate and head for a stroll in Valley Gardens, especially the scenic Elgar Walk, which brings hundreds of people right past the marquee every hour.

There are lots of advantages to make the most of this opportunity with Cottage Industry Events and put your products in front of thousands of visitors over this week-long event.

• We offer generous 8ft x 6ft stall spaces which is enough for most exhibitors, but you can extend the size of your exhibition space in the marquee.

• Everything is included in the price of the event, including all the electricity you need as well as lighting too, and we’ll even give you free tea and coffee whenever you like for the duration of the event.

• All set-ups take place the day before or the morning of the event, so you can get in early and prepare your stall so you’re ready to go from the minute the first person walks into our event marquee.

• We’ll take care of all the advertising and marketing for the event, including signposts in the Harrogate town centre to direct traffic to the marquee, social media posting in the run-up to the event, and a 15,000 leaflet drop locally to residents.

What’s more, the vast majority of schools in the UK will also be enjoying their half-term during this week. Thanks to this, you can be sure of an influx of tourists to Harrogate, whether they’re stopping in for a few hours on their way to the Yorkshire Dales, or locals from Knaresborough, York and Leeds who love the authentic tea rooms for an autumn day out with friends or relatives.
